Widdershins 3 Raffle – A Chance to Win Unique Artwork & Creative Experiences

To celebrate our much-anticipated exhibition Widdershins 3, Green Hill Arts invites you to take part in a special raffle fundraiser in support of our gallery and the creative work we do with the local community and beyond.

Artists whose work explores the myth, magic, and folklore of Dartmoor—such as Alan Lee, Brian and Wendy Froud, and many others—have generously donated original artworks, signed prints, books, and creative experiences as prizes.

Each prize draws on the storytelling and visual enchantment that defines the exhibition, reflecting the wild beauty, history, and mystery of Dartmoor. Prizes will vary in size, medium, and value. More details about individual prizes will be shared via our social media channels in the coming weeks.

Tickets are available both online and at the Green Hill Arts front desk.

The raffle will run throughout the exhibition, with winners drawn at random on the 30th of August 2025.

This is a rare opportunity to own a high-quality piece by one of the renowned artists featured in Widdershins 3. Every ticket sold helps support Green Hill Arts and our ongoing mission to nurture creativity and connection in the community.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and over. International entries are welcome.

2. Ticket Sales & Entry

   • Tickets are £2.50 each. There is no limit on the number of tickets one person can purchase.

   • Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the Green Hill Arts front desk (in person tickets available from June 19th)

   • Online purchasers will not receive physical tickets or individual ticket numbers but will be entered into the draw by name. A confirmation email will serve as proof of purchase.

3. Draw & Notification

   • All winning tickets will be drawn randomly on Saturday, 30th August 2025.

   • Prizes will be randomly assigned to the winning entries.

   • Winners will be contacted via email on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025 using an official Green Hill Arts email address. Please ensure you check your spam folder.

4. Prizes

   • Prizes include original artworks, signed prints, books, and creative experiences donated by featured artists.

   • The exact value, size, and medium of each prize will vary. No cash alternatives will be offered.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

5. Collection & Delivery

   • Local winners can collect their prizes in person from Green Hill Arts.

   • International or non-local winners are responsible for arranging their own courier/postal collection and any necessary insurance. Green Hill Arts is not liable for any damage or loss in transit.

6. Unclaimed Prizes

   • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Green Hill Arts reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

7. Data Protection

   • Personal information will only be used for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties. All data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

8. Fundraising Purpose

   • All proceeds from the raffle go towards supporting Green Hill Arts’ exhibitions, community outreach programmes, and ongoing operations.
